University Anti Bullying Speaker
Over my 25 year career as a motivational speaker, I’ve entertained and inspired hundreds of thousands of people. I’m certified by the U.S. Dept of health and human services and the mental health academy.
Using an indirect approach, I teach a new way of thinking among bystanders. Applying the “Complacent-Complicit” theory, I make clear that bystanders are a critical part of the bullying problem. Our goal is to encourage and inspire University students to accept the principal that real freedom demands a willingness to own their responsibility to report bullying in all its forms: harassment, discrimination, hazing, and sexual abuse.
The “Stop Harassment on Campus!” presentation sends a clear message that everyone deserves respect; no one has the right to take another’s dignity away. A safer, more respectful learning environment can be for every student by educating the bystanders on their role when observing when others are being harassed and what to do.
