Using an indirect approach, we teach a new way of thinking among bystanders. Applying the “Complacent-Complicit” theory, we make clear
that bystanders are a critical part of the bullying problem. Our goal is to encourage and inspire college students to accept the principal
that real freedom demands a willingness to own their responsibility to report bullying in all its forms: harassment, discrimination,
singling out, hounding, and hazing.
